I’m an e-commerce strategist with a unique background. While my studies focused on plant breeding (Agriculture), my passion for business led me to master digital marketing and growth strategies for top platforms like Tokopedia and Shopee. This unconventional journey has shaped my ability to adapt, learn quickly, and turn challenges into opportunities.

As part of the Regional Growth Expansion (RGX) team, a special division within Tokopedia under the Hyperlocal Project. The mission is to expand digital business opportunities across Indonesia, ensuring fair access to e-commerce growth beyond JABODETABEK. With teams operating in 14 cities nationwide, RGX focuses on bridging the gap between buyers and sellers to create a more balanced and inclusive digital marketplace.

My journey at Tokopedia began as part of the Flash Sale team, where I applied my previous experience in managing flash sales. I played a key role in optimizing promotional campaigns to drive platform transactions.

After six months, I was entrusted with leading campaign initiatives as a Campaign Owner for sellers and buyers across the 14 RGX-managed cities.
PASTI is a free campaign designed to accelerate e-commerce growth in local markets by offering same-day and instant delivery services.
Key Impact:
Following my success with PASTI, I was given the opportunity to manage paid campaigns, collaborating with the Monetization Team. Paid campaigns involve sellers purchasing promotional packages, integrating platform-driven incentives and strategic marketing placements.

My journey into the tech and e-commerce industry began at Shopee, where I started as a Business Development Intern in the Campaign Merchandising Team (Flash Sale Team). This opportunity allowed me to gain hands-on experience in managing promotional campaigns, specifically focusing on Flash Sales, one of Shopee's most powerful sales drivers.

After several months as an intern, I was given the opportunity to transition into a full-time role. With this promotion came new responsibilities, as I took on the challenge of building and scaling two major Shopee campaigns: Serba Seribu and Shopee Pilih Lokal.
Shopee Serba Seribu was one of Shopee’s largest and most impactful campaigns, offering selected products at only Rp1,000. As a key team member, my role involved ensuring the campaign’s success through strategic planning, execution, and continuous optimization.
